These terms apply to every order placed on ortingort.store. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you buy. The store is operated by Ortingort LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

2. Products, descriptions and sizing

We describe every garment as accurately as we can, including fabric content and the fit advice on each product page. Colour can look slightly different from screen to screen. Measurements on our size guide are garment measurements taken flat; a tolerance of roughly half an inch is normal for cut-and-sewn activewear.

3. Prices, currency and tax

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We ship within the United States only. Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped to Washington State addresses at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Prices can change and promotions can end without notice, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the shipping address cannot be verified, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card at checkout through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card details are entered on our encrypted checkout and tokenized directly by the gateway — our servers never receive or store your full card number. We do not add surcharges for card payments. An order is accepted once payment is approved at checkout.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but if a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you we will work with the carrier and make it right.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at volume, or to place orders with stolen payment details. We may suspend access and cancel orders where we reasonably believe any of these has happened.

9. Intellectual property

Our brand name, logos, product copy and site design belong to Ortingort LLC. Product photography is used under licence from the photographers and stock libraries that supply it. You may share our pages and images for the purpose of talking about our products; you may not use them to sell competing goods or to suggest that we endorse you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or any statutory consumer rights you have.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. Before filing anything, please contact us — almost every issue is solved with one email.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
