Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the style and size to your bag, then go to checkout, enter your delivery details and your card, then place the order. Payment is tokenized by the card gateway and confirmed in seconds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it has not shipped. Email your order number to fitness@ortingort.store and we will change the address, swap a size, or cancel for a full refund.
Do you take orders by phone?
We do. Call 929-243-5973 during business hours and we will place the order for you.
Fit and sizing
What sizes do you carry?
XS through 2XL in every style. Matching sets run XS–XL.
Do the leggings run true to size?
Yes. Compression styles such as the Harbor and Cascade run snug by design — if you are between sizes, size up. Seamless styles run true to size.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Every legging we sell is tested for opacity on a bend-and-squat test before it goes on the site. Darker colours are always the safest bet if you are worried.
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the fabric, the fit and the model's height and size. If you send us your usual size and the style you are considering, we will tell you honestly whether to size up.
Fabric and care
How should I wash activewear?
Machine wash cold with like colours, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip fabric softener and bleach — softener coats the fibres and reduces stretch recovery. Do not iron prints or zips.
Will the colours fade or the fabric pill?
Our knits are tested for pilling and colour fastness, and normal cold washing keeps them looking new. Pilling usually comes from friction against rough surfaces or washing with towels.
Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $75, otherwise a flat $6.95. Local pickup in Kent, WA is free.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are packed in 1–2 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit in the contiguous U.S.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached, for a full refund of the purchase price. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
Payments and security
Which cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
Is my card data safe?
Card details are entered on our encrypted checkout and tokenized directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only the card brand, the last four digits and an authorization code — never your full card number or CVV.
Do you charge a card surcharge?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping and applicable sales tax.

Where are you based?
Ortingort LLC is registered in Washington State and operates from 21045 100th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98031-2071. We hold our own stock and ship it ourselves.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do offer small wholesale orders to studios and gyms. Email fitness@ortingort.store with your business details.
