Shipping & Delivery
We hold our own inventory and ship it ourselves from Kent, Washington. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day usually leave the same day.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.
Processing and transit times

Carrier is USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, chosen by weight and destination. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned.
Local pickup — Kent, WA
Choose “Local pickup” at checkout if you would rather collect your order. We email you a pickup window and the address at 21045 100th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98031-2071. Pickup is free, usually available within the same week, and no shipping charge is added to your order.
Order tracking
Your shipping confirmation email contains the carrier and tracking number. If tracking has not moved for several business days, email fitness@ortingort.store — we will contact the carrier and sort it out with you.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the address and ZIP at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: we can change an address while the order is still being packed. Once a parcel is in the carrier's network we can only ask for a redirect, which is not always granted. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping cost.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
- Marked delivered but missing — check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then tell us within 14 days. We will open a carrier claim and either send a replacement or refund you.
- Damaged in transit — email a photo within 30 days; we replace or refund, your choice, and cover the return shipping.
- Wrong item sent — let us know and we ship the correct item at our cost, with a prepaid label for the wrong one.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout for Washington State delivery addresses, at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to other states may not include sales tax; any use tax owed in your state remains your responsibility.
