Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ortingort LLC (“Ortingort”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use ortingort.store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), and the items you order.
• Payment information — when you pay, card details are entered on our encrypted checkout and tokenized directly by our payment processor. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the last four digits of the card, the card brand and an authorization code. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or PIN.
• Order messages — if you contact us by email or phone, we keep the conversation so we can help you later.
• Basic technical data — the pages you visit on our site and general device information, used only to keep the store working and to prevent fraud.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as government ID numbers, biometric data or health records.

How we use it

• To process, pack and ship your order, and to handle returns or exchanges.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notices and, if needed, questions about your order.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• To answer support requests you send us.

We send marketing email only if you ask us to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order emails.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers that help us run the store:

• Payment processing — our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and the acquiring bank that settles your payment.
• Shipping carriers — USPS and UPS receive the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.
• Email and hosting providers — used to send order notifications and to serve this website.
• Professional advisers — accountants or auditors, where required.
• Legal requests — where we are required by law or a valid legal process to disclose information.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use the minimum needed to run a store: a small amount of browser storage to remember the items in your shopping bag, and cookie-free analytics or server logs for security and error diagnosis. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings; doing so empties your shopping bag.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. Support emails are kept for up to three years. Shopping-bag data lives in your own browser until you clear it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it). To make a request, email fitness@ortingort.store from the address you used to order, or call 929-243-5973. We will respond within 45 days and will never charge you for exercising these rights.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Card data is entered only on our payment processor's secure, PCI-DSS compliant page. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and is protected by strong authentication.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell products for purchase by children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be announced by email.
