At Ortingort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your activewear purchase. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Products must be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product nature, the following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or washed activewear
• Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
• Intimate apparel (sports bras, leggings)
• Final sale items or promotional products
• Gift cards
Proof of Purchase
To process any return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. For exchange requests, email us at fitness@ortingort.store and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
